I work relationally, with a psychodynamic and humanistic foundation, and integrate:
- Cognitive Analytic Therapy – a structured approach that helps you identify the cycle between you, understand what maintains it, and create new ways of communicating and reconnecting
- Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy – to slow escalation and build awareness, choice, and steadiness
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy – to support values-led choices and different responses under pressure
- Compassion Focused Therapy – to reduce blame/shame and build warmth and safety in the relationship
